Complete the following for time:
25 Pull-ups
50 Deadlift
50 Push-ups
50 Box jumps
50 Floor wipers
50 One arm kettlebell clean & press in total
25 Pull-ups

How to modify the workout:
-Use any equipment; barbell, dumbbells, kettlebell, any household object.
-Pull-up –> Switch with burpees, sit-ups or kettlebell swing
-Box jump –> Switch with step-up, tuck jump or squat jump
-Floor wiper –> Switch with v-up or sit-up
