AMRAP in 12: Run, Squat
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
Run 2 minutes (outsided, treadmill, in place)
20 Air squats
Daily Challenge: No screens during meal time
Turn off the screens (phone, tv, etc) during meal time.
Enjoy converstaion with your family or colleagues.
Tip: Leave your phone in another room so there is no temptation.
*Score=Time without screens. Combine all the meal time; breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack.
