Clean & Jerk for load:
#1: 3 reps @ 65%
#2: 3 reps @ 65%
#3: 3 reps @ 65%
#4: 3 reps @ 65%

AMRAP in 15: Wall ball shot, V-up, Double-under
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Wall ball shots
15 V-ups
20 Double-unders
RPE 7
