There appears to be a nearly non-stop onslaught of misinformation and poorly conducted studies in the nutrition world.  Here is yet another example of the public being misled through conclusions drawn from allegedly responsible research.


Complete 5 rounds of:

  • 5 Dumbbell deadlifts
  • 5 Dumbbell muscle snatches / side
  • 5 Dumbbell power cleans
  • 5 Dumbbell presses


  • Standing press or push press is permitted.
  • Increase weight each round.
  • Resting during a round is permitted, however dumbbells can not be put down until the entire round has been completed.
