There appears to be a nearly non-stop onslaught of misinformation and poorly conducted studies in the nutrition world.Â Here is yet another example of the public being misled through conclusions drawn from allegedly responsible research.
Complete 5 rounds of:
- 5 Dumbbell deadlifts
- 5 Dumbbell muscle snatches / side
- 5 Dumbbell power cleans
- 5 Dumbbell presses
- Standing press or push press is permitted.
- Increase weight each round.
- Resting during a round is permitted, however dumbbells can not be put down until the entire round has been completed.
