Clean high pull 4×3 reps @ 75% 1RM

Clean & Jerk for load:
#1: 3 reps @ 65%
#2: 2 reps @ 72.5%
#3: 2 reps @ 72.5%
#4: 2 reps @ 77.5%
#5: 2 reps @ 77.5%
#6: 2 reps @ 77.5%

Go as high as you can in 12: TTB, Box jump, Wall ball shot
Go as high as you can in 12 minutes of:
1-2-3-… Toes-to-bars
2-4-6-… Box jumps (boys: 24”; girls: 20”)
3-6-9-… Wall ball shot (boys: 20#; girls: 14#)
RPE 8
