Z press 4×8 reps, tempo 42×0

Dip 3×8-12 reps, tempo 42×0

AMRAP in 15: Weighted step-up, Burpee, Goblet squat
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
30 Weighted step-ups, in total
20 Burpees
10 Goblet squats
