Complete 150 reps of *1 exercise* for time
Perform 20 Double-unders or 60 singles or 20 jumping jacks every 2 minutes until you complete 150 reps.
*Choose 1 exercise of your choice. It can be squats, sit-ups or dumbbell push press, for example. Anything is fine.
