Front Squat 4×10
Front Squat for load:
#1: 10 reps @ 60%
#2: 10 reps @ 60%
#3: 10 reps @ 60%
#4: 10+ reps @ 60% of training 1RM
*Leave 2-3 reps in the tank on + set.

Bench Press 4×10
Bench Press for load:
#1: 10 reps @ 60%
#2: 10 reps @ 60%
#3: 10 reps @ 60%
#4: 10+ reps @ 60% of training 1RM
*Leave 2-3 reps in the tank on + set.

AMRAP in 12: KB snatch, Burpee, Box jump
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
6 Kettlebell sntaches / side (boys: 24kg; girls: 16kg)
12 Burpees
18 Squats
RPE 7
