Clean & Jerk for load:
#1: 3 reps @ 40%
#2: 3 reps @ 50%
#3: 3 reps @ 50%
#4: 3 reps @ 60%
#5: 3 reps @ 60%
#6: 3 reps @ 60%

Work for 15 mins: CTB pull-up, Push-up, Box jump
Work for 15 minutes:
5 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Box jumps
RPE 6
