Workout of The Day

Front Squat 3×5
Front Squat for load:
#1: 5 reps @ 40%
#2: 5 reps @ 50%
#3: 5 reps @ 60% of training 1RM

3 rounds:
A1. Dumbbell lunge 12 reps, in total
A2. GHD hip extension 15 reps

Work for 15 mins: Burpee, Deadlift
Work for 15 minutes:
3-6-9-12-… Burpees
3-6-9-12-… Deadlift @ moderate weight
RPE 6
