Snatch 4×3
High hang snatch 4×3 reps @ up to 60% 1RM

Snatch for load:
#1: 3 reps @ 65%
#2: 3 reps @ 65%
#3: 3 reps @ 65%
#4: 3 reps @ 65%

Bench Press 3×5
Bench Press for load:
#1: 5 reps @ 65%
#2: 5 reps @ 75%
#3: 5+ reps @ 85% of training 1RM
*Do NOT go to failure on the “+” set.

Bench press 5×10 reps @ 30% of training 1RM

Dumbbell row 3×12 reps / side

AMRAP in 18: DB muscle snatch, Burpee, Box jump
Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of:
7 Dumbbell muscle snatches / side (boys: 50#; girls: 35#)
9 Burpees
11 Box jumps (boys: 24”; girls: 20”)
RPE 7
