#4: 8+ reps @ 65% of training 1RM
*Leave 2-3 reps in the tank on + set.
*Add 0.5kg to training max for each additional ‘+’ rep from Mar 25th.

Bench press 4×3 reps @ 70% 1RM, tempo 42X1

Kroc Row
1 set of max reps / side
*minimum 20 reps / side
*Score = Type in “XX reps @ XX lbs”
*Go heavier or more reps than Apr. 8th.

AMRAP in 20: Row, V-up, Farmer hold
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
