What age range does TeenFit cater to?

Generally speaking (read: depending on maturity level), we love to work with youth between 10 and 16 years old.

We enjoy meeting everyone who’s thinking of working with us, so, just drop us a note if you’d like to set up a time to visit.

How is TeenFit different than CrossFit classes?

TeenFit classes use the same CrossFit methodology as our other training options.

However, teens (and tweens) their own creatures and are in a different state of development than adults.

So, our TeenFit classes both address the need for in-group experiences that many youth might not experience in classes with adult participants, and cater to the evolving needs of developing youth.
