#2: 5 reps @ 50%
#3: 5 reps @ 60% of training 1RM

A1. Strict pull-up 4×10 reps
A2. Narrow grip push-up 4×10 reps

For time: Burpee over bar burpee, Power clean
Complete the following:
21-15-9 Bar over burpees
12-9-6 Power clean @ challenging weight
RPE 6
