Snatch 4×3
Windmill 2×5 reps / side

Single arm bottoms up kettlebell press 2×8 reps / side

Snatch for load:
#1: 3 reps @ 70%
#2: 3 reps @ 70%
#3: 3 reps @ 70%
#4: 3 reps @ 70%

EMOM 14: KB snatch, Burpee
Every minute on the minute for 14 minutes:
Odd minute: 5 Kettlebell snatches / side (boys: 24kg; girls: 16kg)
Even minute: 8 Burpees
RPE 8
