Workout of The Day

For time: Deadlift, Run, Tuck jump
Complete the following for time:
20 Deadlift couch*
3km Run
30 Tuck jumps

*Deadlift couch: Grab the end of the couch and lift it. (You don’t have to lift up the whole couch unless you are the Hulk. Just lift one end of the couch. Set your back!!!)

Daily Challenge: Make a meal w/family member(s)
Make a meal with your family member(s)

*Score=How much fun you had on a scale of 1-5 (1: the nightmare, 5: so much fun!)
Single residence dwellers automatically score 5! 😀
