*Leave 2-3 reps in the tank on + set.
*Add 1kg to training max for each additional ‘+’ rep from Mar 26th.

Front squat 4×3 reps @ 70% 1RM, tempo 42X1

Strict leg raise 3×8 reps

AMRAP in 9: CTB pull-up, Clean
Complete as high as you can in 9 minutes of:
3 rounds of:
-5 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
-5 Cleans (boys:40kg; girls: 25kg)
3 rounds of:
-5 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
-5 Cleans (boys:50kg; girls: 35kg)
3 rounds of:
-5 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
-5 Cleans (boys:60kg; girls: 42kg)
