Workout of The Day

Clean & Jerk 6×3
Clean segment pull 4×3 reps @ 80-90% 1RM
*Pause 2-3 seconds each at 1” off the floor, at knee, mid-thigh.

Clean & Jerk for load:
#1: 3 reps @ 40%
#2: 3 reps @ 50%
#3: 3 reps @ 50%
#4: 3 reps @ 60%
#5: 3 reps @ 60%
#6: 3 reps @ 60%

4R: Press, Ring dip, Push press
Complete 4 rounds of:
5 Press
10 Ring dips
15 Push press
*Use the same weight for press and push press.
RPE 6

For time: Wall ball shot, Deadlift, Burpee over bar, TTB, Pistol
For time:
30 Wall ball shots
25 Deadlifts
20 Burpee over bars
15 Toes-to-bars
10 Pistols / side
15 Toes-to-bars
20 Burpee over bars
25 Deadlifts
30 Wall ball shots
RPE 6
