Shoulder Press 3×5
Shoulder Press for load:
#1: 5 reps @ 40%
#2: 5 reps @ 50%
#3: 5 reps @ 60% of training 1RM

Behind the neck push press 5×5 reps

Strict pull-up 5×5-8 reps

10 mins: Power clean, Front squat
Work for 10 minutes:
7 Power cleans
7 Front squats
RPE 6

Kelly
5 rounds for time of:
• 400m run
• 30 Box Jumps (boys: 24″; girls: 20″)
• 30 Wall Balls (boys: 20#; girls: 14#)

*Substitute run with 500m row if it’s too cold to run.
