3 Rope climbs
6 Handstand push-ups
9 Pistols/side

Complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes of:
5 Power cleans (boys: 50kg; girls: 35kg)
10 Ring dips
15 Wall ball shots (boys: 20#; girls: 14#)

rest 5 minutes

Complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes of:
7 Pull-ups
14 Burpees
21 cal Row
