Front Squat 3×5
Front Squat for load:
#1: 5 reps @ 65%
#2: 5 reps @ 75%
#3: 5+ reps @ 85% of training 1RM
*Do NOT go to failure on the “+” set.

Front squat 5×10 reps @ 30% of training 1RM

Ab wheel 3×10 reps

21-15-9: Hang power clean, Box jump
Complete 21-15-9 reps for time of:
Hang power clean (boys: 50kg; girls: 35kg)
Box jumps (boys: 24”; girls: 20”)
RPE 7
