Memberships

  • For your convenience, your membership automatically renews each month.
  • Your profile requires a valid payment method. Exceptions are possible.
  • Memberships can be suspended. (See our suspension policy.)
  • Cancellation requests must be done in writing (yes, email is fine).

Suspensions

  • Must be requested in writing (yes, email is fine) at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Must be for at least 2 weeks and no more than 3 months.
  • A membership must remain active for at least as long as it was suspended before another suspension can be applied.
  • Suspensions are complimentary with all memberships.

Exceptions are considered on a per situation basis.

Your sessions expire within 365 days of purchase.
