Assist in the development and operation of private and group training. Demonstrate vision, leadership, and the ability to create, plan, and promote wellness programming. Set CrossFit Toronto and its offerings apart from the competition through creativity, passion, and knowledge.
Help ensure members attain and maintain their fitness goals, and have the opportunity to do so in a welcoming, help-oriented, hospitable, and safe environment. Create incentives for members to enjoy working out and to work out more often; to make fitness and exercise fun & social.
Coordinate with managers and staff involved in providing wellness services to ensure professionalism and credibility, as well as proper scheduling, promotion, pricing, and execution (and ultimately member satisfaction and retention).

This detail oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members. Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures, and computer skills required.
This is a part time role (20-24 hours per week) with the possibility for full time. The ideal candidate will be willing and able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Process membership sales and enrolment
Respond to incoming queries (via phone, email or in person) regarding CrossFit Toronto’s memberships, products and facility.
Schedule consultations and personal training sessions in our system and the appropriate follow-up work.
Ensure the standard forms and information packages are stocked.
Properly record members’ concerns in the system and escalate them accordingly.
Monitor supplies (washroom necessities, first aid kit, complimentary items) and notify manager when items are running low.
Complete daily data entry, scanning and filing (digital and physical).
Light cleaning: towel laundry, washroom and lobby tidiness.
Provide brief tours to potential clients to our facility.
Diligently follow the appropriate checklist when completing any of the above mentioned tasks.
Minimum $12/hr depending on experience
Must be flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends
Friendly, enthusiastic, positive demeanour
Understanding of basic cash and accounting procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Moderate computer skills
Ability to multitask and remember clients faces & names
Able to work with minimal supervision
First aid certified
Familiar with CrossFit training
Some customer service experience
