Seriously… girls WILL be girls. Born a girl? Unless you get some pretty serious surgery and take some pretty serious drugs, you will remain physiologically a girl. Don’t want to get all bulky and wind up looking like a dude? You’d have to work really hard at it, darlin’. Boys work hard to get big and bulky, and they’re made of testosterone (not to mention the snails and puppy dog’s tails). Ladies are made of the requisite spice and everything nice, but we’re also made of a completely different hormonal profile; one that facilitates the building of babies, not bulging biceps.

Filthy Fifty

Complete 50 reps at each station for time:

  • Box jumps (24″)
  • Jumping pull-ups
  • Kettlebell swings (boys: 16kg; girls: 12kg)
  • Walking lunges
  • Knees to elbows
  • Push press (boys: 45#; girls: 35#)
  • Back extensions
  • Wall ball shots (boys: 20#; girls: 14#)
  • Burpees
  • Double-unders
