Workout of The Day

AMRAP in 8: Thruster, Double-under
Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
12 Thrusters
20 Double-unders or Jumping jacks

*Thruster with a kid, a bag of potatoes, water jug, or some weird object at home.

Daily Challenge: Play with your family member(s)
Play (actively engage) with your family member(s) for 20 minutes.

Live alone? Reconnect with your old friend.

*Score =How much fun you had on a scale of 1-5 (1: the nightmare, 5: so much fun!)
