Deadlift 4×10
Deadlift for load:
#1: 10 reps @ 60%
#2: 10 reps @ 60%
#3: 10 reps @ 60%
#4: 10+ reps @ 60% of training 1RM
*Leave 2-3 reps in the tank on + set.

Strict pull-up 1 rep every 10 seconds for 12 reps
*Pull-up as fast as possible each rep.

6R: Farmer hold, L-sit
Complete 6 rounds:
1 minute Farmer hold @ 70% bodyweight
L-sit for max time
RPE 7
*Score=Total L-sit time
*Rest as needed b/w rounds.
