Kroc row 1 set of max reps / side

Ring dip 3×8-12 reps

5R: KB swing, DB muscle snatch, Pull-up
Complete 5 rounds of:
15 Kettlebell swings
12 Dumbbell muscle snatches / side
9 Pull-ups
RPE 6
