Workout of The Day

Back Squat 3×5
Back Squat for load:
#1: 5 reps @ 65%
#2: 5 reps @ 75%
#3: 5+ reps @ 85% of training 1RM
*Do NOT go to failure on the “+” set.

Back squat 5×10 reps @ 30% of training 1RM

Romanian deadlift 3×10 reps

5 RFT: KB swing, TTB, Bike
Complete 5 rounds for time of:
15 Kettlebell swings (boys: 32kg; girls: 24kg)
12 Toes-to-bars
9 cal Bike
RPE 9
