Counting box jumps only and ignoring the jumping pull-ups and burpees, today our athletes jumped between 66'8" and 133'4" vertically.  Put another way, that's somewhere around 6 2/3 to 13 1/3 storeys!  What did you do today?


Workout

8 rounds for time of:

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Box jumps (20" box)
  • 15 Sumo deadlift high pulls (boys: 75#; girls: 55#)
  • 20 Jumping pull-ups
