Complete 8 Tabata intervals at each of the following stations

  • Row
  • Squat
  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Sit-ups

Rest 1 minutes between stations

Back squat 5-5-5 reps

rest 5 minutes

Complete as many rounds of the Bear Complex as possible in 5 minutes

Instructions:

  • Use 50% of bodyweight.
  • Bar can not be put down until entire complex is completed.
  • Perform 5 burpees if bar is dropped mid-complex.

rest 1 minute

Complete max burpees in 3 minutes.

rest 1 minute

Row for max distance in 1 minute.
