Workout

Overhead squat 1-1-1 reps

rest 5 minutes

Complete 3 rounds, spending 30 seconds at each of the following stations for max reps:

  • Pistols (1-leg squats)
  • Ring dips
  • Double-unders

Alternate legs in any way, but perform an even number on each.

Perform air squats if pistols are not possible.

  • 20 Deadlift (150% of body weight)
  • 20 Ring dips
  • 30 Box jumps (20”)
  • 20 L pull-ups
  • 20 Handstand push-ups
  • 30 Dumbbell power cleans (50% of body weight)
  • 20 Kettlebell snatches/side (boys: 24kg, girls: 16kg)
  • 30 Knees-to-elbows
  • 40 Jumping pull-ups
  • 50 Double-unders
