Workout

Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1 reps

rest 5 minutes

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform:

  • 3 Thrusters (50% bodyweight)
  • 5 Burpees
  • 7 Double-unders

At the end of 10 minutes, perform 1 burpee for every rep not completed during the minute.

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • 30 Kettlebell swings (boys: 24kg; girls: 16kg)
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 GHD sit-ups

Workout

Back squat 5-5-5 reps

rest 5 minutes

Complete as many rounds of the Bear Complex as possible in 5 minutes

Instructions:

  • Use 50% of bodyweight.
  • Bar can not be put down until entire complex is completed.
  • Perform 5 burpees if bar is dropped mid-complex.

rest 1 minute

Complete max burpees in 3 minutes.

rest 1 minute

Row for max distance in 1 minute.
