Weekend Schedule Changes

Yoga is cancelled on Saturday. It's back on regular schedule next week.

Monday CrossFit Classes are cancelled, except for a 9am class that everyone is welcome to jump in on.

We are back to our regular schedule on Tuesday.

Private Training.
When you need that extra edge.

We work with you to:

  • Define goals.
  • Tailor a personalised program based on your current fitness level.
  • Progress you through your program at the pace that is right for you.

Private Training

Our job is to help facilitate your listening, thinking, learning, being aware and being responsible.

Our private training is unique. We guide and steer you on a course, and we are there to help you maintain your heading when obstacles come up.

We make it clear from the start of our relationship that YOU are ultimately responsible for your results. YOU have the power to have whatever body, fitness, health, and vitality you want!

Your progress can be sped up with private training if your needs or goals include:

  • Improved body composition and weight loss.
  • Extra accountability.
  • Specific performance or event oriented goals (e.g. triathlon, hockey, rugby).

If you are in any of the following situations, you will find the best success through private training:

  • You are new to exercise.
  • You are referred to us by a physician, physical therapist, or chiropractor.
  • You have significant health issues.

Our instruction focuses on movement techniques and skills, physical conditioning, and developing healthy workout and eating habits, and self-discipline. After a period of time, you will have the experience and confidence to do it on your own.
