
Our training is challenging and demands focus, attention, and determination, and it’s fun!
Our CrossFit classes are carefully planned and executed to give you plenty of time for both training and practice. We develop skills in addition to delivering an intense training session that will get you in shape in no time!
Class size is limited to a small number of athletes so you will get close attention and individual focus from our coaching staff. Proper technique is taught and reinforced through technical instruction and practice. Your skills are developed and honed, resulting in higher quality and more effective training.
Classes generally follow one of the two following formats:

Format 1
- Warm-up
- Skill practice / learning new movements
- Strentgh/Power Training
- Short, High Intensity Workout
- Cool Down / Stretching
Format 2
- Warm-up
- Skill practice / learning new movements
- Strength/Power Training or Quick, High Intensity Workout
- Skill practice / learning new movements
- Cool Down / Stretching
