Anyone can do it.
Regardless of your previous fitness experience or your current fitness level, you will benefit from our unique, CrossFit-based programming. This is not the same old fitness routine you have seen before. Our training approach is a proven effective method for getting fit. Our Bootcamp program is motivating, challenging, and a lot of fun!
Quick Results.
To ensure quick results, workouts are varied and use only functional exercises and movements. We use a combination of core exercises, calisthenics, circuit and strength training, coordination and agility drills, interval training, short runs, and more to achieve the results you want. No one is ever asked to do more than they are capable of doing safely, and all of our workouts are fun and engaging so you will never be bored while training.
Community.
Your fellow Bootcampers are slugging it out right beside you and the camaraderie spreads quickly! Training in a group provides additional motivation that you can not get when training alone. The shared experience promotes an encouraging and supportive community environment.
Measurable results.
We will review your fitness and medical history and answer any questions you may have. We will also benchmark your performance to compare against after you complete the program.
Summary
Class Size.
We restrict class sizes to 12 participants so everyone gets quality attention.
Duration.
Our Bootcamp runs for 4 weeks, with the option of training 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) or 5 days per week (Monday through Friday).
Location.
Most workouts are held at the CrossFit Toronto facility (
see location details here) with some classes taking place outdoors, weather (and season) permitting.
Nutrition.
We will not put you on a diet, but we will share information and help you set goals.
Improvements.
We benchmark your performance at the beginning of the Bootcamp and again at the end to show quantifiable results.
Cost.
$300+tax for 5 days per week or $250+tax for 3 days per week. A 20% discount applies for MIL/LEO, first responders, and full time students.
