Introductory Program

With our complete focus and attention in a private setting, we will have you up and running, participating in our workouts in no time.


Our Introductory Program is a series of personal training sessions intended to teach the fundamental movements and exercises used in our programming. Participation in and successful completion of this program (or our Bootcamp) is necessary before being able to join our group workouts.

The program consists of 6 hour-long personal training sessions. During these sessions, the movement patterns necessary for participation in CrossFit workouts are introduced and practiced. Each session typically includes a workout using some of the movements that have been introduced. As skill is developed, the Intensity of the workouts are gradually increased.

Upon successful completion of the program, a good foundation of movements will have been laid and enough exposure to our training style administered to enable working alongside other, more experienced CrossFitters.

In some cases, depending on the level of fitness of the participant and how well they are able to execute the fundamental movements, additional one-on-one sessions will be recommended. Additionally, some people will prefer to continue with personal training for their fitness development.
