Weekend Schedule Changes

Yoga is cancelled on Saturday. It's back on regular schedule next week.

Monday CrossFit Classes are cancelled, except for a 9am class that everyone is welcome to jump in on.

We are back to our regular schedule on Tuesday.

Workout

Alternate between each station completing the specified number of reps for time:

  • 50-40-30-20-10 Sit-ups
  • 25-20-15-10-5 Ring dips
