
CrossFit Classes
Our proven training method will have you seeing improvements you never before thought possible, at a rate that will astound you.
To ensure maximum results in minimum time, our CrossFit classes are comprised solely of functional movements and each workout is different. This is done by constantly varying the movements and workout patterns used in each training session. The body is thereby presented with new challenges and an ever-changing stimulus.
Classes are largely high intensity circuits, although we include a substantial amount maximal strength / maximal effort development as well. In addition to workouts, sessions often include skills development work in areas such as body awareness and control, Olympic lifts, and Kettlebell movements.
