		<description>What is the aversion to supplements such as protein powders / shakes / meal replacements? 

I&#039;m all for eating healthfully and naturally ala Paleo, but at my activity level I&#039;m needing 3500+ calories daily. 

This makes it a real challenege to eat 5-7 small meals in a day. If I didn&#039;t use meal replacements or shakes / powders I feel like I&#039;d spend most of my time in the kitchen.

Thoughts / Advice?</description>
