CrossFit Toronto will be occupying booth 1325 at this year's National Women's Show, which is being held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. If you are coming to the show, please make sure to stop by and say, "hi".
All classes are canceled that weekend, including Friday evening classes. We are back to our regular schedule on Monday, November 5.
