Weekend Schedule Changes

Yoga is cancelled on Saturday. It's back on regular schedule next week.

Monday CrossFit Classes are cancelled, except for a 9am class that everyone is welcome to jump in on.

We are back to our regular schedule on Tuesday.

  1. I first thought proper form for a Clean was difficult. But it’s cake in comparison to a proper Snatch.

    Getting closer though.
