Located in the Riverdale neighbourhood, CrossFit Toronto is a leading edge strength and conditioning facility. Our trainers are committed to providing the support, instruction, and environment needed to meet and exceed the fitness goals of our clients.

Our Facilities
Located just east of the downtown Toronto core, we have a fully heated and air conditioned environment providing over 2000 square feet of training space. We have numerous tools and training gear, including dumbbells and kettlebells, medicine balls, monkey bars, medicine balls, Olympic bars and bumpers, plyometric boxes, climbing ropes, sandbags, kegs, and tires.
With more equipment and tools being added on a regular basis, CrossFit Toronto is the premier place in the GTA for functional training and the development of elite fitness.

John Vivian
Co-founder and Head Trainer
Currently a Certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, John continues to evolve his fitness knowledge and coaching skills. He has received training from and is a member of the Ontario Weightlifting Association, and is a Certified AKC Kettlebell Instructor.
An avid martial arts student, John began his training in JKD Concepts and the Filipino Martial Arts in 1997 and is currently an Apprentice Instructor under renown JKD Concepts instructor, Makoto Kabayama. John continues to enhance his martial arts repertoire, also training with Jason Lancucki of Turning Point Training Methods, whom John considers to be one of his most influential coaches, as well as studying BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) with Elliott Bayev, head instructor at Kimonogirl and OpenMat Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Machiko Emoto
Co-founder and Trainer
A dedicated and enthusiastic CrossFitter, Machiko is a Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, a Certified AKC Kettlebell Instructor, and an OWA-trained member of the Ontario Weightlifting Association.
