What Time is it Mr. Wolf?

It’s time to clean up the diet!

Robb Wolf took Toronto by storm at this weekend’s two Nutrition Seminars.  There were some amazing revelations and breakthrough realizations for many of the attendees!  A few key take-home factoids:

  • Gluten is the devil.  Do not consume it. Ever.
  • Food quality before quantity – go Paleo before Zoning… a Zone-proportioned burrito is still a terrible idea.
  • Take your fish oil.  Half a gram for every ten pounds of bodyweight.
  • Almost everything awful can be traced back to lectins found in gluten and grains.
  • Seriously, gluten is bad news.
  • Hungry all the time?  Less carbs.  More healthy fats.
