Cameron started Crossfit to get in top form for this assessment. Smart kid! He’s not only in shape, he’s got some serious performance numbers going on! And he showed us all up on the 8-Week Paleo Challenge.

- 30 Kettlebell Swings (boys: 32kg; girls: 24kg)
- 30 Sit Ups
- 20 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans (boys: 35#; girls: 25#)
- 25 Hip Extensions
- 30 Wall Balls (boys: 20#; girls: 14#)
- 3 Rope Climbs (15′ rope)








WOW . . . you guys are amazing! It feels great going in to this knowing that there are people behind me cheering me on. I can’t thank you enough, it means a lot to me. Unfortunately I am pretty sure that they have some kind of short to exposed thigh ratio that I have to meet and those shorts would be in gross violation. Did someone seriously make a trip to Ardenne ? ? You guys are the best!
